Are the paintings at your shop original?

All artworks you see from the online shop are independently created. That’s to say you are buying something really unique from my store. It is meaningless to copy others’ jobs. In order to guarantee the authenticity of the artworks, each of them are signed by their authors. While buying them, you will also get a certificate of authenticity so that you will be guaranteed that you are getting a truly unique work from my store.

How do you send the paintings that ordered by your customers?

After your payment, we will send the objects within 48 hours through working days. It often takes 1-2 weeks to ship the package to its destination. Sometimes it would take longer time to ship, but usually you will get your paintings within 18 days. Please rest assured that your objects will arrive safely because it will be packed in strong and durable materials such as Styrofoam inserts and bubble wrap. The freight depends on the size of the art, which country it is being shipped to, and its packing materials. The freight will be clearly shown in your shopping cart. Last but not least, artworks may also be subject to taxes and other fees. If you need more details about taxes, please contact your local customs office.

May I ask you to do a piece of artwork as I request?

Doing paintings is always an amazing experience. If you have any ideas about creating an artwork, please feel free to tell me your requirements via emails. We can discuss your ideas further. The artworks that have already been completed are priced according to their size, medium and complexity. Payment should be done before the artwork is completed. Once it is done, we will send you a photo of the artwork with high resolution. If you are satisfied with it, we will send it to you. But if you feel unsatisfied with the outcome, we can help you make small changes to the artwork. Once you take possession of the artwork, no return is allowed.

How long does it usually take to complete an artwork?

The time for completing the artwork will depend on the size, the medium and the complexity of the artwork. The schedule of the artists should also be taken into consideration. But normally, 15-30 days would be needed to complete an artwork.

Any remedies if I got a damaged artwork?

To make sure that the objects can be delivered safely, we use built boxes to pack them up. Therefore, it is rare to receive a damaged artwork. But in case if you see that the box is damaged when the postman delivers it to you, you can decline to receive it and bring the claim before the post office. Please notice us for a replacement or a refund after filing the claim. On the other hand, if you discover the damage after you open the package, you could also ask us for a replacement or a refund. Please keep the box and all the packing materials, which we must need to process your order.

Can I send the artwork back to you if it is not the same as what I expect?
